From introduction:
The purpose of this work is provide a complete list of names proposed for leaf beetles (Chrysomelidae) of the Eastern Europe and Northern Asia, the area that was previously known as the Soviet Union (USSR).
The list conteins the currently accepted valid names and combinations that apply to this taxon. The flea beetle part of the list also mentions erroneous attributions introduced by Gruev and Döberl (1997) in the most recent account of the flea beetle species names in the Palearctic region. The list was compiled based on all available literature, extensive material collected over the years by the authors in all regions of this vast territory, and museums, private collections and scientific institutions.
